My Philosophy

I have been told that the dragonfly is considered a predictor of the future and carries the energy of transformation. My logo includes the dragonfly and I feel absolutely excited about the new year of 2012. For me, this year is one of transformation and I can already feel it in my life! The last quarter of 2011 was incredible – I was top producer for the quarter & also for December of 2011. I expect more of the same and better for 2012. 

Here are some of the positive signs for you to consider! 

*Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty sold 2.5 times the number of properties in Dec 2011 over Dec 2010. I personally had a significant part (14%) of those sales. 

*Mortgage rates have been hovering at 4% for 30 year fixed rate loans. This creates a fabulous opportunity for Buyers.

*Activity in the market has stayed strong even through the holiday period, which is usually a slow time for real estate sales. 

*The pending contracts for sales are the highest since 2001 except for during the first time home buyer incentive program.
